4) Assembling our bikes: The bike is delivered 85% assembled in a package specifically designed for shipping bicycles. Before taking your first ride, don’t forget to set up the brakes and make sure that all the screws are tightened up! Need Fitting of pedals, stem /bars, front wheel and front brake adjustment.

5) Warranty of the goods: We are a UK registered company and all goods sold with standard manufacturer warranty.

The braking system we used is not ordinary mountain bike brakes. We used special brakes which designed for electric bikes. When the brake is applied the power automatically cuts off so that the motor stop pushing the bike forward.

DISPATCH TIME: Goods listed here are in stock and ready to dispatch. Check out must be done before 2 PM for the next working day dispatch. No delivery dispatch/collection on weekend and bank holidays.

RETURNING POLICY:

1) Change of mind box not opened and returns within 7 days. Customer must return the bike on their own cost; also we will deduct our delivery charge and refund the rest. Bikes must not be used on the road.

2) We check all our bikes before sending to customers, but still if there is fault we will take the bike back. For qualify for a full refund bikes must not be on the road.
