YOUR LOOKING A USED BUT NEWER 1822-I RIDGID THREADER, IN "VERY NICE CONDITION"!  IT COMES WITH A 815A SELF OPENING, SELF OILING DIE HEAD LOADED WITH DIES 1/2"-3/4"AND WHAT LOOK LIKE A NEW SET OF 1"-2", WITH THE THROUGH THE HEAD OILING SYSTEM (this means as the pipe is being threaded, oil is automatically pumped through the die heads keeping the cutting teeth bathed in oil and when the threading is done, the die head automatically opens, so you can back off the carriage without having to reverse the threader or open the die head manually! This saves a full step and probably cuts the time to thread a pipe by 25%!).  THIS UNIT ALSO HAS AN AUTOMATIC CHUCKING SYSTEM THAT CHUCKS DOWN ON THE PIPE WITH THE FLIP OF A SWITCH AND UNLOCKS, OR UNCHUCKS WITH A FLIP OF THE REVERSING SWITCH.  NOTE: THE CHUCKING SYSTEM ON THESE UNITS IS DESIGNED TO CHUCK DOWN TIGHTLY ON THE PIPE WHEN ROTATING IN THE FORWARD POSITION, WHILE CUTTING, REAMING OR THREADING.  WHEN YOU STOP THE ROTATION, THE PIPE IS SLIGHTLY LOOSE IN THE JAWS WHICH IS NORMAL!.  WHEN YOU REVERSE THE ROTATION, THE JAWS OPEN UP AND THE PIPE IS FREE TO PULL OUT!  THIS UNIT WILL ALSO DO LEFT HAND THREADING (see the manual).

THIS UNIT INCLUDES A RIDGID ROLLING WHEEL STAND!  ALL DIE TEETH ARE PERFECT, NO CHIPS AND ONE SET IS NEW!  There is a fracture on the plastic around the oil/chip strainer.  Cosmetic only and doesn't affect the return of oil to the reservoir, but wanted to make sure it was mentioned.
