Delivery is FREE Domestic and £30 International.
All items are delivered via DHL Domestic/Europ Express, and should reach you within 48-72 hours.
Please note we cannot guarantee the delivery
time of your product and cannot be held responsible for any missed deliveries. Should this take place please call
DHL and arrange another
delivery time that's convenient for you.
Terms of service & returns
Buyers are eligible for our 14 days returns/exchange guarantee. Please be advised the buyer will pay return shipping and a £5 admin fee unless there is a manufacture
defect or shipping error.
Returns guarantee is subject to the Inka returns conditions. Should an item be received and meet the conditions below a
refund/exchange will be given.
Return shipping charges are to be covered by buyer until items have been inspected and notified to be faulty. If found
faulty then a replacement will
be issued where possible or a full refund given.
Items damaged in transit must be challenged to the appropriate delivery
company which in most cases will be DHL - Since we have stated the possibility;
you should not give negative reviews.
No returns/refunds will be
offered after the 14 day returns period
Inka management retains the right of final decision. - An admin fee of £9.99 will be charged should an item be
retuned
and found not faulty/incorrect this will be retained from any refunds
