Tested on a 1997 540i Automatic. It can read and reset codes like a typical can tool. More importantly I used to to analyze subsystems including the EWS unit, the gauge cluster, stereo, the remote keyless entry system and airbags. This machine has greater capability and can handle a huge variety of BMW vehicles. 

I sold my project car. Therefor I no longer need it.
