We have two shipping options for most of items: Economy and Standard. In both cases we will use reliable packaging.

Economy is slower, Standard is faster. Sometimes difference is about 3 times.
For Standard shipping European postal operator will be used.
For Economy shipping Russian post will be used.
Please choose Standard Shipping if you want fast and hassle-free shipping to European address.
When to expect the delivery:
Economy:
- Europe: 10-25 days
- USA, Asia, Middle East, South America: 15-60 days
why so slow? you see - it is not definitely slow. and sometimes almost as fast as standard. economy just has the lowest priority. when postal load is low - it is fast. but during peak seasons - it is really slow. Please be patient.
Standard:
- Europe: 5-10 days
- USA, Asia, Middle East, South America: 10-25 days
What to do if you believe that parcel is lost:
For many years we never saw any lost parcel. Really. But sometimes postal system is not fast enough and delay may happened.
Please do not hurry to open cases and disputes about "Item not received". I stay personally behind all of the orders and ready to solve almost any problem with your order.
