Warranty and Returns

Most of the ESS CCTV items are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty.
The warrany only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage
You may return merchandise purchased from ESS CCTV for a refund or a replacement.
All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning pacakge.

All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resalable" condition. You may not be responsible for a refund or credit otherwise.
ESS CCTV follows ebay's 14 days return policy. Items should be returned within 14 days from the order date to receive a refund.
Items should be returned within 30 days from the received date for an exchange, replacement, or a store credit.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns except for DOA (dead on arrival) products.
