You have changed your mind and decided to return the purchased item? With us you risk nothing.
As a consumer you are entitled to return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date.
HOW TO RETURN THE PURCHASED ITEM?1. If you decided to return the product, simply fill in the PURCHASE RETURN FORM provided here:
2. In the return information you will receive a postal address specially dedicated to product returns.
3. The return parcel should include the PURCHASE RETURN FORM copy as it will facilitate the purchaser identification.
4. Within 2 working days we will check the product. If the product meets the requirements mentioned
in the RETURN AND REFUND POLICY, we will send the refund within 3 working days.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY1. The Purchaser has 14 days from the date of obtaining the purchase to inform the Seller about the withdrawal from the purchase.
2. The tax receipt or invoice VAT is necessary for the implementation of the return and refund process.
3. The Purchaser should be required to send back the purchased item no later than 14 days after having informed the Seller
about his decision to withdraw from the purchase. The item should be secured by a protective packaging to avoid damage
during transportation.
4. The Purchaser covers all return shipment costs.
5. The purchased item should remain in unaltered condition. Returns will not be accepted if the purchased item
or the guarantee seal are damaged, scratched, marked or altered in any other way.
6. The Purchaser must bear direct costs of returning the purchased item.
7. The refund will be made to the Purchaser account number (the same the original payment has made for the purchased item)
within 3 working days from the day of the purchased item delivered to the Seller,
provided all the aforementioned requirements are met.
