These new YVES SAINT LAURENT or YSL or SAINT LAURENT balck and red/rouge smooth leather zipper trim pointy toe pumps are so elegant.  The combination of the contrast panels and the zipper trim in the leg lengthening pump is so modern. 

The covered leather heel height is 4.125" if measured from the back of the heel.    

The inside heel to toe measurement is 10.25".  This pump did not run small.  

These beautiful shoes came from Saks and comes with their original box and dust cover.  The size 38.5 or 8.5 shoes have never been worn and are in perfect condition.
