This listing is for the good parts of a broken Olidata Tehom 7700 notebook.The laptop belonged to a good friend of mine until this summer when something sudden happened to him and it refused to power up at all,most probably the motherboard died.I have thoroughly inspected it
with a scope there are no signs of burn on it except for a little burn\leakage sign near the pins of a high reliability  audio Sanyo capacitor as you can see circled in the last picture.Strange thing since those 6.3V audio capacitor models are supposed to last at least 30000 hours at 85+C,the notebook had something like 5000 hours of usage after my appreciation.
Since this was custom ordered in Italy straight from Olidata and it is was out of the warranty period by couple of months you will receive the following:

-beautiful Aluminum silver hardened housing,very solid that really puts any Lenovo,Dell or HP recent expensive gaming machines cases to shame as you can see in the photo it has barely any visible marks or scratches,it is a shinny good looking silver King Cobra
-17.3" WXGA thin display,yes the display with the outer frame is indeed 17.3" since it is full 16 inches wide and it is in perfect shape,no dead pixels no scratches
-Intel Pentium T2390 socket Processor brand new,thrown out by me from my chip collection,originally this model had a low wattage 25W Core2 P8800 and 4GB Ram which were both sold to someone else last week.
-Intel Wireless Network Pro Mobile Card
-the motherboard with the cooling unit which is presumed to be DEFECTIVE by me and it is SOLD AS IS,unfortunately I haven't received the original power adapter since it was actually lost during transport from Italy.
-the Vista Home Premium Key License accompanying the laptop,I am pretty sure it  had never been registered with MS.
-the DVD-RW unit in perfect working order and the original battery manufactured by LG.
-I am throwing in also a pair of Nanya 2X256MB PC2-4200 SO DIMM CL4 memory modules as well.
If you have the tools,the time and the proper knowledge to repair the motherboard or the possibility to replace it,all you need is a hard drive,and a power adapter in order to have a full working machine.
