- All items will be shipped via South Korea and your package will be in the mail within 24~36 hours
  (except weekends/legal holiday)

- We usually use Korean Post office or Fedex to ship our product by international airmail.

- The tracking number is offered free to U.S Customer and all customer who pay more than $49.00.
  (Ship with registered Economy shipping, not EMS or Fedex)

- Except a few countries, The registered Economy shipping is difficult to track your shipment unlike   EMS or Fedex. You can just get some shipping information.

- We normally deliver between Monday to Friday. Not in Saturday/Sunday and legal holiday.

- EMS or Fedex shipping is possible to search in real-time with a tracking number in post office   homepage.




We don't offer any tracking numbers for the items under $49.00.
If you want to get a tracking number, you will be charged additional $2.5.

We accept payment From major currency including USD, GBP, AUD, & EUR. When you are sending payment in Paypal, it will converts the currency for you automatically.

Please read detail about the above description, if you do not accept it, please don't buy on our product. If replacement is not acceptable, refund will be offered however all the shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Moreover, buyer have to pay for the returning shipping fees in case of replacement.
You can get refund only when we send the wrong items by mistake or our items get a fault.

Shipping time varies from place to place.
We have no control over delivery but we will try our best to assist you to locate the package.
