This tape has been issued, a label is attached at the back to indicate how many times it has been used.
There's no record on the label showing it has ever been used. The tape is also in excellent condition, see photos below.

This is a full track frequency response alignment tape, you can also use it for azimuth alignment as well.
The signals from 6.3k to 14kHz are ideal for azimuth check. The tape is almost not used before, no level drop off.
This tape can also be used for measuring the frequency response (for high frequency) for most kind of cassette decks.
