Shipping Terms
- Item normally gets shipped out within 24 hours.
- Item will be delivered via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
- All UPS shipments require a physical address
- International shipping is available to Canada and certain US territories.
- If provided, FREE shipping applies to continental US states only and will ship by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Warranty and Returns
- ALL KT&C items are covered by 2 year manufacturer warranty.
- The warrany only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage
- You may return merchandise purchased from ESS CCTV for a refund or a replacement.
All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning pacakge.
Your RMA numbers can be issued here: Issue RMA number - All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resalable" condition. You may not be responsible for a refund or credit otherwise.
- Items should be returned within 7 days from the received date or 14 days from the order date, whichever comes first, to receive a refund.
- Items should be returned within 30 days from the received date for an exchange, replacement, or a store credit.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns except for DOA (dead on arrival) products.
- 15% restocking fee is applied to any non-defective returns for a refund. .
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the the delivery and contact us immediately. All shipping-related claims should be made within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt.
- Accessories and Expendables will not be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns
