a. for $14.99 ($12.99 to Canada) as long as they fit into one flat rate envelope. Such envelopes can hold a total of approximately 700 pages (not larger than 10.5"x8"=26.5x20cm and not heavier than 4 lbs)
b. for $45 ($29 to Canada) as long as they fit into one flat rate box (V magazines do not fit due to their size, so they have to be shipped separately. One flat rate box holds up to 10 magazines, sometimes more sometimes less depending on the size).
 

Shipping is ALWAYS COMBINED for both domestic and international orders. We charge actual shipping costs + $1.90 handling fee per order. 

 
Magazines ship in a protective magazine bag, between 2 card boards, in a bubble padded envelope (unless shipped in a flat rate priority envelope that has no bubble padding) that is secured with extra duct tape to prevent water damage or any other type of damage.
