The sprockets are manufactured from aerospace grade 7075 aluminum heat treated to T651 standards. Super Sprockets are individually precision CNC Machined (anodized models) or Hobbed (Sprocket in the last picture with the circular lightening holes) on a dedicated sprocket manufacturing machine .Our Super Sprockets are accurate to approximately 1/1000 of an inch! Superior machining means less friction and wear for more speed and durability. Lightening holes reduce unnecessary mass for better acceleration without sacrificing strength (Our 36T Race Series CNC'd Super Sprockets weigh only 2.7 Ounces!).
Super Sprockets are drilled to accept the standard heavy duty 9 Hole mount ( BOTH 8 MM and 6 MM Patterns AND come drilled for disc brake hub mounting (the disc brake mounting option is the most accurate way to hold a sprocket true but may cause chain line issues on some bikes or may require re dishing the rear wheel UNLESS you purchase our custom machined Top Hat Sprocket Adapter) .
Each Super Sprocket has the tooth count stamped on it for easy identification.
Finally, 9 Anodized colors (9 colors: Hot Pink, Lime, Forest Green, Purple Passion, Copper, Super Silver, Midas Gold, Sky Blue, Candy Red, Midnight Black - plus a Hard Coat option (bronze in color but allows the sprocket to last up to 50% longer )....see pictures above) add a little bling bling to your ride for just $7.50 more per sprocket. Hard Coat is also available for just $15.00 extra per sprocket.
NOTE: The last picture shows the 3 widths of sprockets available (2 stock offsets and 1 race series sprocket)...the closest sprocket in the last picture is our race series sprocket with no offset bevel (can be used in most applications....If your current sprocket places the teeth of the sprockets closest to the spokes with no chain line issues you can use this sprocket (race series sprockets cost $10 more but weigh an incredibly light 2.7 ounces in 36T!
These are the secret weapons that will allow you to win races against your friends! They will also make for a more enjoyable high speed cruise since your engine will not be screaming for no reason (better mileage and less wear and tear on the engine) ....FYI - Each tooth you lose off the 44T sprocket gains you approximately 1 MPH on the top end on a 26" wheel....so if you are running a 35T sprocket and your buddy is running a 36T....you will pass him and there's nothing he can do about it!!...Great fun!...Don't ask how I know! HA...

If the sprocket is for use with a Top Hat or coaster brake or other special application indicate that in the Pay Pal "Notes to Seller " section OR your sprocket will be made as our STANDARD motor bike sprocket...WE will NOT make changes to orders once placed if not correctly ordered so PLEASE be sure to order correctly the first time ( the reason for this is one incomplete order can literally hold up a dozen "clean / complete" east to make orders.
